In UPVC profile manufacturing facilities, one of the most critical and delicate aspects is the mixing unit. To produce uniformly high-quality UPVC profiles with consistent color, the implementation of an advanced and automated mixing and material transfer system is a primary requirement in the production process of these products.

The mixing system installed at the WINTECH factory in Iran is among the most sophisticated and modern worldwide. It ensures that only human power is involved in loading raw materials and polymer additives. Subsequently, the system automatically transfers these materials to designated silos according to production needs. The advanced production lines (extruders) then fully automate the process by accurately retrieving the required materials from the silos, adhering to the specified composition, and transferring 100 kg portions to the mixer machine. After the materials are mixed (hot and cold) and undergo the necessary waiting period in the compound silo, the system proceeds to transfer them to production lines.

The integration of advanced mixing systems in WINTECH factories has enabled the production of products with consistent and uniform quality.
