Profile maintenance guidelines:
- To maintain the profiles of UPVC doors and windows, it is important to take necessary care. Regular cleaning with soap and water every six months is recommended to prevent dust and suspended particles buildup.
- Please note that any color or profile changes resulting from the use of chemicals, acid cleaners, or industrial solvents that emit chlorine, phosphorus, or sulfur gases are not covered by the warranty.
- Do not use sharp or abrasive tools for cleaning as this is not covered by the warranty.
- Additionally, avoid exposing UPVC profiles to direct flame or heating devices as this may cause deformation, which is not covered by the warranty.
- It is essential to remove all protective labels from the profiles within 45 days of installation to ensure warranty coverage. Failure to do so may result in voiding the warranty.
Terms of the warranty
- Buyers are advised that all consumer profiles without coating in their door and window system bearing the WINTECH brand are guaranteed for a period of 10 years from the date of installation. This guarantee covers issues such as color change, curvature, and shape change in the profile, subject to the conditions set forth in the warranty sheet.
- All UPVC profiles used in your project with the WINTECH brand are covered by the product quality assurance insurance of Iran Insurance Company from the date of installation in accordance with the contract between Iran Insurance Company.
- In case of damage, please bring the warranty card along with the product purchase invoice to the damage unit of the relevant Iran Insurance Company branch to handle and receive the damage.
- Defects observed in the manufactured doors and windows caused by not using the standard galvanized reinforcing profile or not following the production, installation, and assembly guidelines will not be covered under warranty.
- Damages caused by building settlement, fire, or natural disasters such as floods or earthquakes are also not included in the warranty.
- The warranty covers all consumer and auxiliary profiles from WINTECH products.
- Any tampered warranty card without the hologram and embossed seal of WINTECH will be considered invalid. Forgery or misuse of the warranty will be prosecuted.
- Buyers must carefully maintain the warranty card and purchase invoice for the product. To avail of warranty conditions, these documents must be presented. If the warranty card is lost, a duplicate will not be issued.
- The warranty only applies to products purchased from authorized WINTECH dealers, as indicated in the warranty sheet or purchase invoice.
- To register the warranty card details and enjoy the warranty conditions, buyers must do so within 30 days from receiving the warranty card on the official website of WINTECH company at www.wintech.ir.
- The warranty is valid for ten years from the date of installation and becomes void if it does not bear the seal, signature, and invoice number of the WINTECH representative.
