Quality control steps

Dimensional Control

The dimensions and thickness of the visible and invisible walls, the depth, width and size of the profile channels are measured and controlled according to the ISIRI 12291 standard, using calipers.

Profile appearance control

The appearance of the profile is determined and controlled visually under a 45-degree angle of northern sky light or under an artificial light source equivalent to the viewing angle perpendicular to the profile.

Controlling the degree of deviation from the straightness of the profile

In this test, the longitudinal deviation of the profile is measured and controlled using a filler and a flat table according to the ISIRI 12291 standard.

Mass control per unit of profile length

In this test, the mass per unit length of the profile is measured and controlled using a scale according to the ISIRI 12291 standard.

Control of strength against Charpy impact

In this test, the resistance of the samples prepared from the profile surfaces against the Charpy impact is measured and controlled using the Charpy device according to ISIRI 12291, ISIRI 9277-1 and EN ISO 179-1&2 standards.

Profile resistance control against impact caused by falling weight at low temperature

In this test, the brittleness of the profile is checked and controlled at -10℃ according to BS EN 477 and ISIRI 12291 standards.

Controlling the percentage of thermal return

In this test, after exposing the profile to a temperature of 100℃, the value of thermal return (R) is measured and controlled for each visible surface and differential thermal return (∆R) between two mutual surfaces, according to ISIRI 10787 standard.

Control of profile changes at high temperature

In this test, the minimum softening temperature of the samples prepared from the profile is measured and controlled according to ISIRI 6982 and EN ISO 306 standards.

Corner welding resistance control

In this test, the value of fracture stress for welded profile samples (L shape) is calculated and controlled based on the amount of compressive bending force obtained, caused by sample failure, based on ISIRI 10930 and BS EN 514 standards.

Control of flexural modulus of elasticity

In this test, the minimum flexural modulus of elasticity for the samples prepared from the profile is measured and controlled according to ISIRI 357 and EN 178 standards.

Control of tensile impact resistance

Markup control

Density control

Color stability control of profile surfaces

In this test, the color of profiles is measured and controlled in terms of spectral range using a spectrophotometer and determining the values ​​of L (black-white), a (red-green) and b (blue-yellow).

Profile surface gloss control

In this test, the gloss level of the profile surfaces is controlled and measured using the Glass Meter device.

Profile resistance control against artificial weathering

In this test, every few months and in case of changing the formulation or to control the composition of materials in the production process, cut samples of the profile according to the requirements of the relevant standard, according to the weather conditions in question (sunny, rainy, rainy, etc.) ..), simulated by Xenon test device, under weathering It is artificially placed and after the desired period of time, the profile's resistance to color changes is checked and controlled by measuring the color parameters using a spectrophotometer in comparison with the control samples. Also, for the samples under test, the changes in the Charpy impact resistance value compared to the control samples are measured and controlled. It is necessary to explain that the simulated time period can be planned and implemented for different time frames, including 10-15 years during 12-18 months.
